The acceptance of terms and conditions of use:

1.During registration and shopping (in both cases) the user-if he would like to use the services of the webshop-has to accept the terms and conditions of use by putting a tick into the square. With the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use a contract is „signed” between thuser and the service provider of the webshop.

2.If the user doesn’t accept the terms and conditions of use he isn’t allowed to use the services of the webshop.He can neither register nor can send orders.

Contract of purchase:

1.If the user sends an order to the webshop and the service provider confirms the order in a confirmation e-mail, a contract comes into existencebetween the customer and the service provider. (If the customer doesn’t get the confirmation e-mail within 48 hours then the customer is not obliged to buy the product or the service).

2.The user accepts that the contract is considered as a written one according to the laws of Hungary.

3.The contract is written in Hungarian and the webshop stores it automatically in an electronic form.It’s available for the user after signing int he webshop.It can be read,downloaded or printed.

The essential features of the product can be seen ont he introductory pages of the product.

Prices:

In the webshop the prices of the products include VAT (they contain the prices of the products and the delivery cost-as far as the ground floor.

Delivery,personal receiving:

1.The deadlines of delivery can be seen ont he introductory pages of the products.

2.The delivery takes place at an appointed time with the customer.

Payment options:

1.Personally in cash at the time of delivery

Warranty:

1.Personally

The costumer can ask for warranty at the service provider.The service provider registers the following:

-the name and the address of the customer

-the name and the price of the product

-the date of purchase

-the date of announcing the faulty product-description of the fault and the customer’s wish about the way of compensation

-the way of compensation

If the way of compensation is different from the customer’s wish, it has to be explained in  the register.

  1. In writing

The customer announces his warranty in a letter or in an e-mail at the service provider.

The letter has to contain the followings:

-the name and the address of the customer

-the name and price of the product

-the date of purchase

-the date of announcing the faulty product

-description of the fault

-the customer’s wish about the way of compensation
